Bug Description
A workcenter cycle is now limited to hours and minutes. However seconds are missing, since a cycle can be shorter then one minute. It could be solved by adding cycles together and therefor come up with a minute. However it would be better to also support seconds.

Long time discussed, but I think if needed this functionality should be included on OpenERP core modules.
It would not be a bug but a blueprint.
