IMAP Gateway: umlauts in FROM/TO are displayed incorrectly in list view

Bug Description
1. Create email with Outlook.
1.1 Enter FROM, TO, CC with umlauts e.g. "FROM ÖÄÜöäüß" <from@localhost>.
1.2 Save email as draft.
2. Move email from drafts to another folder.
3. View email with Thunderbird.
In the list view the umlauts in FROM and TO are displayed as "?".
In the email view, the umlauts are displayed correctly.

might be specific to Outlook 2007, does not happen with Outlook 2003
