Bug Description
1. Create new email in Thunderbird.
1.1 Enter TO: APPEND002_ÖÄÜöäüß <append_
1.2 Enter CC: APPEND002_ÖÄÜöäüß <append_
1.3 Enter subject: APPEND002_ÖÄÜöäüß
1.4 Enter text: APPEND002_ÖÄÜöäüß
2. Save email as draft.
3. View email in drafts folder.
Subject and text show :APPEND002_ÖÄÜöäüß
TO and CC show: APPEND002_??????? <append_

The problem might be specific to Outlook 2007. Does not happen with Outlook 2003
