Perhaps this should also be added to the troubleshooting guide?

This definitely a regression in macoffice 14.0.
The previous version (macoffice 2008) could work. However, I'm not sure if that uses the same appscript api as macoffice 14 (macoffice 2011). We should find a user with macoffice 2008 and ask for possible testing.
