Bug Description

The "Allow presentation application to be overridden" setting is documented on http://manual.openlp.org/configure.html#presentations however it might be helpful if the manual also makes mention of this setting on the presentations media manager (as it adds a combo box to the ui") http://manual.openlp.org/mediamanager.html#presentations
