Save printout title and footer and options selected with service

Feature request from a user:

When modifying and printing out multiple versions of the service plan, the title and footer of the service are not retained after printing each version. This can be a problem if they are complex and are not saved elsewhere, as well as being additional work to copy and paste each time if they are to hand.

Could these be saved with the service plan? (Along with the selection of options at that time, in case the options are changed and then a service plan that was prepared some time before the options changes is reloaded, so that its original list of options is loaded).
