Highlight the current slide in the slidecontroller

Bug Description

Either using colours or perhaps bold, highlight the current slide in the slidecontroller so that it is easier to see which slide is currently selected.

Actually the discussion was about highlighting the first slide of each Verse (or Chorus, Bridge etc.), independent of the currently selected slide.

Interesting one as it needs to consider different themes and operating systems.

One suggestion would be the reverse the background and font colour on change of value. This would work with different themes and may not be too garish!

Looks to me as it is now working fine on Fedora.
Can OSX and Windows be checked so can be marked as Wontfix.
