Bug Description
bzr 1648 kubuntu
Single monitor, using an override position for the display.
On startup the display window comes up. Clicking on the display and hitting ESC does not make it go away. The only way I found to make it go away is to double click on a service item and, after it displays, the ESC key works.

Ah yes, Andreas and I were chatting about this with a user in IRC the other day. It seems that by default the Songs search edit box has focus when OpenLP starts up, and thus anything you press is absorbed into the edit box. We should either move the focus, or allow the display screen to actually be able to gain focus.
