Bug Description

Version 1 allowed the user to double click the saved service and OpenLP would start with that service.

Version 2 has incomplete code.
 - Linux coded but builds need to be completed to set up the desktop mimetypes.
 - Windows needs to be fixed as the code has been disabled and the build needs to be updated to handle mime types.
 - MAC no idea but would suggest this is in the windows camp!

Some questions as I am currently implementing it for OS X:
 - what icon should we use? the default OpenLP one? (I assume yes)
 - what MIME type should we use? "application/x-osz"?
 - I would use as description "OpenLP Service" (as in the Windows build)
 - do we have a reference URL which points to the format? (Currently I would only use openlp.org, but do we plan a Wiki page on that?)

In the resources directory there is a file openlp.xml which is used to register the mime types.
The openlp.desktop file registers the desktop file for linux.

I am not sure about windows but that is what is used on them.
