Bug Description

Part of this bug has been regressed!

In the presentations plugin, openlp.plugins.presentations.lib.presentationcontroller.PresentationDocument#get_thumbnail_folder
and
openlp.plugins.presentations.lib.presentationcontroller.PresentationDocument#get_temp_folder where not changed when the when the other md5 thumbnail code was removed!
