PDF files don't update the display / Only show first slide when sent to Live from Service

Bug Description

If PDF file is sent to Live from the Service, only the first slide will be shown.
When scrolling through the slides, Live does not update.

If display is blanked and unblanked the Live display is updated.

Is this another case of the vlc/system player messing with the slide update?

It seems to be,
this works properly with Webkit but is broken in VLC/System.

The interesting thing is it works if sent to Live from Library
but not when sent to Live from Service.

This is no longer reproduce able in trunk nor 2.4.6.
