Bug Description
Some multilingual churches would prefer having the name of the book inline with the verse, as part of the verse marker.

Perhaps this could be fixed as follows:
Add a 'Show Title' check box, and a 'Title Position: Above, Below' dropdown or radio button option to the theme creator.
(Perhaps give an option to only show the Title for songs, or for Bible passages. Also could add an option to show on first screen or all screens.)
Add a 'Title' attribute to songs and Bible passages.
Song title could be generated from the title field that already exists.
Bible passage title could be generated because we know the book and verse range of a passage.
