Bug Description
When playing videos on the live screen, if you set the volume to 0 and then replay the video, the volume remains muted but the volume control is set back to 100%.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Play a video live
2. Drag volume control to 0
3. Stop video
4. Play video again. Notice how the volume control now shows 100%
5. Note that the volume is still muted
6. Drag the volume control around and note how the volume is restored

I can reproduce this, but only with VNC selected.
When Webkit is selected, the behaviour is:
1. Play a video live (btw. there is an exception if I do this step)
2. Drag volume control to 0
3. Stop video
4. Play video again. Notice how the volume control now shows 100%
5. Note that the volume is NOT muted
