Playing video when blanked to theme displays black screen

To reproduce:
Add a video to a service.
Select "Blank to Theme".
Play the video.

Expected behaviour:
Blank theme continues to display.

Actual behaviour:
Blank theme is replaced by black screen.

Confirmed Operating Systems:
Windows 7
OS X 10.9

OpenLP Version:
2.0.4

A log file is attached, although I'm not sure how useful it will be.

I am able to reproduce this with the 2.1.1 beta on linux.
My guess is that the problem is caused by the media plugin not supporting blanking to theme, only to black or desktop.

Which theme. Media does not have a theme!

Agreed that media do not have themes. So this is probably the correct behaviour. What happens when you go live on a song with a different theme when blanked to theme? That said, we do have have global and service themes! Perhaps blank to them for media should blank to one of those.

@Phill: I've made a workaround in my bugfixes20 where going from a theme-blanked item to an item which doesn't support theme-blanking will now result in switching to black-blanking. This should be thought of as a temporary fix. The better fix is to add theme-blanking to the presentation and media plugins.
