Bug Description
Ubuntu 13.10
OpenLP 2.0.3
Set an item live and start the slides playing in a loop.
Click on the output display and press esc.
When the slide changes the the output display reappears.
Maybe it should stop the loop when escaping the output display.

This is particularity an issue when using OpenLP in single screen as the only way to get back to the GUI is to press the ESC. If the the timer is close to changing the slide the display could pop up again almost straight away after closing it.
