Does this happen only with windows build or is it reproducible on other platforms too?

This error appears to occur if the displayed song title contains certain "special" characters.

an ' (apostrophe) 'Tis so Sweet
a , (comma) Away In A Manger (Martin Luther, John Thomas McFarland) -- Multiple authors

I haven't tried to determine if other characters cause the problem.

I am having a similar problem. However, it doesn't seem to be a problem with special characters. I'll list the details of my issue:
-all but 3 songs are missing in the songs tab (2 created by me, 1 included with the default database)
-I can still access all the songs from the export and import menus
-any new songs I create disappear was well
-My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with an Intel i3 Processor
-I am using OpenLP 2.0

We recently cleaned up the computer but OpenLP ran without a problem after that for a week or two. This past Friday the problem came up. As far as I know, nothing was changed or messed with in the computer.
Also, we have a partition running Ubuntu 12.10 with OpenLP on it (1.92 I believe). I'm not sure if this relevant, but just so you know.

Included is the bug report.

If you need any more tech info, let me know! Any help is appreciated.

by "cleaned up" I mean we manually defragmented the Hard Drive
