Bug Description
As a result of direct feedback from people, we should make the following improvements to the Author dropdown on Add Book:
1 Add Birth/Death
2 Show ALL results in list. Currently only shows 10
3 Only show 5 top subjects
4 Change copy order slightly
5 Tweak/simplify typography
I've attached a mock. Lance, if you could get as far as you can please, then let Anand know if there's more stuff you need him to help with.
