Bug Description
On both the Add Book and Edition Edit pages, we should make the publisher data entry field into an auto-complete, in an effort to begin to consolidate the way publisher names are stored in the DB. (This, in addition to trying to tidy up publisher names using Freebase Gridworks should get us a pretty long way.)
The layout can be similar to the author dropdown - but we probably don't need as much detail - can just be names.
