Bug Description

Adding web links to a work or author is causing some changes to be lost. This is due to the current need to "save twice" for any link. We need to reduce this to a "save once" and/or "save and add another" function.

The form for a work is divided into 4 panels, and an author is in 2 panels. There is one save button for all changes on any panel. Adding a web link, however, requires one to click an "Add link" button AND click the "Save" button. Users often forget one or the other of the steps so that web links are either not added, or the other changes are ignored.

1) We should not require an "Add link" button if there is only one link being added. Saving changes should add the link automatically.
2) The form might need an "add another?" link similar to the way that adding multiple authors works. Since adding an author is a single field and adding a web link is multiple fields, we need to determine how the form reflects multiple links, and how to determine if both fields are in use (neither is required, but a link title without a URL is useless)
