Bug Description

I think we need to change the way we're calculating the eBook count on Subject pages. Seems to me, that number should be at the Edition level, and should also include protected DAISYs and probably loan-able eBook versions.

The current counts are confusing:

E.g. http://openlibrary.org/subjects/protected_daisy#published_in=2011
13 books / 0 ebooks published in 2011
(When actually, each of the Works have at least one eBook edition.)

etc etc.

Should also apply to ebooks search facet. Dovetails with our conversations today about representing borrow-able books, and protected DAISYs properly on search results, author pages, and subject pages.
