IE7 Syntax error in function Template

Bug Description
IE7 (but not IE8) is reporting a Syntax error on the Edit Book screen with this line, character 5 (the f):
var f = new Function(["__s", "env"], js.join("\n"));
It doesn't prevent anything from working, as far as I can tell, but pops up an error for any attempt to edit a work or edition.
