Bug Description

The font used for code samples is smaller on Safari/OSX than in other browsers on OSX. I prefer the larger size and in any event it should probably be consistent among browsers. Not sure why it's smaller in Safari. I believe I have not changed the default settings in any of the browsers.

The displayed fixed-width font size is the same (larger) in Chrome and Firefox.

I'm looking at http://openlibrary.org/macros/PageList but it occurs on other pages as well.
