Hide "both revisions are identical" from recent changes

Bug Description

Often when you click 'diff' on a recent change it says: Both the revisions are identical.

It would be nice if there was a way to hide these non-edits and user sign-ups when viewing the list of recent changes.

Or better yet, don't register an edit or diff if both versions are, in fact, identical.

Also might be nice to have a way to filter out template edits.

Anand - will this be addressed in you finishing off Author Merge/Recent Changes V2?
