Form for people to fix issues

Suggestion from Brewster for a form/page where people can fix an issue vs us having to maintain. Follow the Wikipedia example.

People can fix problems in records using the edit button.

That's true. I think Brewster's point was that he doesn't want us to encourage customer support enquiries because we don't have enough people/time to do that properly.

Despite the edit button, we will still get people wanting to write to us to tell us things, or say "there's an error on page 5" or whatever. Brewster's suggestion was that instead of having these notes posted to a staff member, that they be added to a "known errors/issues" list that acts a bit like the Recent Changes list.
