Bug Description

This book contains a link to full text: http://openlibrary.org/b/OL806792M/flowering-tree-and-other-oral-tales-from-India

It should have a 'read online' link to the full text.

That book actually has a GBS link in the browse field, that points to a preview (the full text isn't there and I think we should reserve the browse field for books that are completely available for online browsing, with no registration required).

Yann suggests (my interpretation) letting users put arbitrary url's there, which sounds ok to me, subject to some policy about what kinds of urls are ok. We could have a facet for browseable books (defined as being online someplace but not necessarily on the IA) in addition to books that are in the IA collection.

I absolutely agree that we should accept any links to any/all digital versions online.
