Bug Description

Our Openlibrary.org users should have a simple form for feedback to us. maybe with a survey-type 1-5 score. Current email to Aaron option (thanks for handling these!) is not really scalable, nor does it do good enough record keeping...

Agreed.

- "Report A Problem" link in the footer
- "Help" page, with a link to contact us
- Present a number of FAQs first, perhaps to stem the repetitive enquiries
- Consider categories of enquiry: copyright, bug, incorrect info, contact author etc, and distribute enquiries to relevant staff
- Have a page somewhere that lists all "open" help emails, and provide a way to answer them via a web form.
- All help cases should be tracked and connected with users that write them, where possible
- Priority should be given to users who are signed in, IMO
- Perhaps even show their help cases on their profile page

We're handling SPAM in Upstream, but not a general form. Would be nice to implement a forum that Mary & I could patrol instead of more help emails.
