Bug Description
We are starting to attract vandalism and graffiti. We need policies and guidelines to establish what is acceptable and what isn't. It might be useful to use Wikipedia as an example.

I'll take this one. Agreed that we should start putting policies in place around Community Engagement and perhaps Privacy. General Terms of Use, etc.
