Bug Description

Feature request: allow option to request bib output in API in Dublin Core format. Crosswalk of data elements (OL and DC) at:

Do we have uses cases? Why do we want to generate Dublin Core?

DC is the most widely-known metadata format on the Web, so export in DC *might* increase use of OL records. Once lists are implemented, I can imagine people wanting to harvest lists using OAI-PMH, which uses DC. I don't think we've had a specific request, but it is a simple translate from OL fields (which aren't known to anyone else) to DC.
