Merge Title Prefix into Title Field

The title prefix for http://openlibrary.org/b/OL7146598M should be "The ", but the trailing space is stripped when the edition is edited.

Anand - I would expect that this space could be put in the HTML itself and always stripped, not placed in the prefix field itself. If you agree, can you pls make sure there is a   at the template level if/when the prefix displays?

What about titles written in French that start with L' there is no space in the title prefix, and it is wrong to add one? I think we should have the whole title in the title field and use a title_prefix_len field to indicate the lenght of the title prefix. We don't need to make users enter a number, we can still have then enter the title and prefix in different boxes.

The title prefix of "Al-Khia al-Tawfiqiyah al-jadidah" is "Al-" it doesn't include a trailing space.

So, let's not do it at the HTML level. We've decided to merge Title Prefix values back into the Title field.

Be good to do a quick sweep of the codebase to find/destroy any references to displaying Title Prefix as part of this.

Waiting for a fix to the Open Library query API so I can search for books with a title_prefix.
