create RSS feeds for user contributions

we also need to generate rss feeds pretty quick - that way we can get other people watching out for spammers and vandals. We should definitely distribute those streams.

wikipedia also has rss feeds for individual pages, plus watchlists (web interface for users to monitor lists of articles of their own choosing)

I haven't seen rss feeds for individual pages on wikipedia.
At least wikipedia doesn't say so: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Syndication

Every wikipedia article has its own RSS feed. Visit any article and click the history tab, then look at the "toolbox" section in the left column.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Recentchanges itself, however, for whatever reason doesn't have its own RSS feed.

This bug is about the Open Library (http://openlibrary.org) project, another project hosted on Launchpad not related to Ubuntu.
