Bug Description

We require an official pkg.openindiana.org server running on port 80 initially with the following branches:

pkg.openindiana.org/dev (Development branch, containing final oi_147 release)
pkg.openindiana.org/legacy (Contains complete official Sun snv_134)

Later we can add:

pkg.openindiana.org/stable
pkg.openindiana.org/updates

This pkg server should be its own xVM guest, running oi_146 for now with pkg-gate.

What are the specs/requirements for setting up a pkg server, and do we know what the bandwidth requirements are? I should be able to contribute a mirror but I'll need a bit more info
