Can't delete an order (Event/Service/Product) and issue refund

Bug Description

I can't seem to delete and even or service booking or a product order and issue a refund through the payment gateway the user choose.

A user has ordered an event but no longer wishes to purchase it. I can withdraw from the event but can't issue a refund? This should happen on an ecommerce platform?

Hi,

We can refund the amount to customers through ‘Admin > Customers > Orders’.

We have attached an image here for your reference.

I have tried this but it does not trigger a refund through the payment gateway?
