Clickatell gives "SMS connect Error"

I'm having a problem getting Clickatell to work. I've setup the information correctly (I believe) and setup a test sms account.

However sending a test SMS i get the following message:
Test Mail Sent Successfully
(However SMS never arrives)

But when sending SMS to a user from the events page I get this error: Error 353871111222 - SMS Connect Error:

And that's it. Can't see anything in the logs. Any ideas?

Settings are:
Clickatell Username. learntodancesite

Enable Clickatell sms Module True
Clickatell Host Url. http://api.clickatell.com

Hi,

Please check the Clickatell details like username and password once again and try with the international format phone number. Yes, the phone number must be given in full international format, including the country code.

I have tried this in the latest version. No error but No SMS is sent
