CC errors wont show correctly in single page checkout

When using a payment module like Authorizenet
For the customer you expect to see and read the error if there is a mistake or number error
The module tries to do this .....for example if you click continue and forget to enter credit card number a thin red line where the error should be appears.....but no 'Credit Card Error' message....somethin odd happening with the javascript.

In single page checkout v233
Actually theres a few bugs in there.....(one about htmlcharacters that
produces an error in the addreess field at the final payment page)
The biggest and strangest bug of all:

Check this....

American users, already signed up. Would find a 3 digit number in their zip
code (nothing like their origianl) everytime they went to the order page,
this was too dangerous to continue with especially using credit cards.

Unfortunately I had to switch back to the old checkout process. Do you know
this bug?

I look forward to the return of a bug free Single Page Checkout.
