Bug Description
I was making a map and tried to save when the editor crashed. I am running Ubuntu.
I clicked the save button, not save as

Can you post the files ~/.config/
If not, can you recreate this bug and see what order of events causes it? Details like what you were doing before the crash -- was it a new map or one you opened, was it just a map, or was it a game, etc... would be valuable in tracking this bug down.
