create a man page

We should create a standard man page. It does not need to be long as our application does not take any parameters and simply launches a graphical piece of software. How ever a man page is required e.g. for each command added to the system by an Ubuntu package. Original authors often write better man pages than Ubuntu packagers, as the authors (hopefully) know their own software better.
