Bug Description
When I upload picture, it won't be shown.
Corrupt JPEG data: 1 extraneous bytes before marker 0xd9
JPEG datastream contains no image

With some help, I realized that our files was opened without binary mode, so in Windows extra line break marks will corrupt images.
