make pretty prerendered graphics

We used to have a pretty silhouette picture for use who's mugshot is unavailable. How ever that image depends on some font which most of our users don't have available. We should render the image to a png and ship the pixmap version of it. Also the plus symbol in add new users picture is too big. It makes the figurine look like a knight. We should make it smaller, and also thicker, if possible. Maybe it could be bold?

I thing, this belongs to the 0.1 series. Also other series could have same graphics or totally new graphics.

The svg graphics did not include the fonts within the file. With move to pixel graphics we need to make sure that it is ok to use the font of our choice completely freely for anything. One option is to draw the characters ourself. This is probably easy-ish with the question mark and plus sign that we used to have, but how about QFriendsLOL text in our logo, or the new "click to add picture" figurine we have designed to be used as users initial self portrait.

Maybe one of those would fit our purposes.
