update profile images automatically

Currently users have to click on their friends profile images to force updates. This makes no sense. We should update the images silently in the back ground.

Does this need threads? Or how have you planed to implement this?

It might need threads, but not necessarily. I'm not sure, if the main idle loop is hidden inside QT, or if we can add an updater function the idle loop. It would also be possible to update the picture when user switches tabs, but that is a bad idea as some user might sit there staring at the picture, waiting it to changes. Although I doubt it is likely.
