There is still problems with the fiscal year closing process => I have
spoken with Quentin about this and we are also discuting this topic into
the forum.

Camptocamp will propose a new module to fix the problem for the 4.2
version and Quentin will look to it to fix it into the v5.0 version.

We can not imagine having an ERP system without a perfect closing method ;-)

2 things to do directly in trunk:
* Separate the generation of entries and the closing process. (or set a checkbox in the closing process to ask for closing the fiscalyear or not).
* Check the date problem on reconciled entries.

For the rest, we wait for C2C.

We made separation of the generation of entries and closing process.
We applied a new system for reconciliation, proposed by Luc.

fiscal year closing new take in consideration the entries that have been reconciled on another fiscal year and report them as it should be.
