Bug Description

Browser: Chrome Stable; Screen resolution: 1920*1080 - There is always a white space left unpopulated between Submenu(of Purchases, Projects...) and "Powered by OpenERP". See the attached, thanks!

Modules Messaging, Portal, Sales, PoS don't have the problem but the rest modules do have. It is so annoying.
