time field does not work in version 6.1

Bug Description
The fields 'time', do not work in the views.
Work on the model, but the views do not work.
I do not know if it was design option does not work with this type of field or if it was forgotten.
As I need to use this type of field, I implemented the functionality.
If you want to take advantage of it, is attached.

I have checked with trunk as well as 6.1.
fields.time removed from trunk and for steble-6 its working fine
Currently this issue only affecting to 6.1 web.So I assign this issue to
OPW team.
