As I had originally reported, there is one more place which suffers from datetime conversions: the log. How important that is depends largely on the importance of the log (e.g. an audit could take it more seriously than a developer).
Now I have proper (local time) for the OS, therefore javascript, same for GTK, hours are shown correctly. however the log is one hour early right now.
