list view - column headers must remain visible for vertical scrolling

Bug Description

 list views with many columns become incomprehensible / unusable without seeing the header column

suggestion:
the scroll area must only be the list rows not the complete view including headers

Yes, I agree with Dr.Ferdinand,

But this is not bug it's new feature so we will consider this issue as future road map that's why currently I am

setting this issue as wishlist .
