url widget should tolerate missing protocol

fields using widget="url" should tolerate missing protocol at input or display (to determine) currently they just include the value verbatim in a href="value".

Here one field is website and and shoort key to open a website
when i press that (^) key i got a traceback on client side and not open that website

Here http://www.agrolait.com it's working but in all partners demo data load like this [www.agrolait.com ]
so I think it's improvement in demo data in all partner by http:// for avoid a client side error
