Add link to bug tracker or bug-reporter UI in error popup

We have been reporting bugs in the new web client but it has been too difficult to do this.

I recommend that a link is put into the webclient (perhaps also the GTK client) so you automatically report:
a) the version number of all components
b) what happened to cause the problem
c) the traceback.

You might also check errors previously and make this a duplicate if you think the error has been reported before.

This would make everything easier for reporting. Would this be possible?

You would also be able to stop reporting for versions that are too buggy to report on (such as new versions).

Isn't that what the long-infamous Gtk "maintenance contract" error page has
been doing?

I suppose that I should have said that this should be in the community
version for testing purposes!

This comes from the time spent testing yesterday and the day before on Anthony Lesuisse's system for the 6.1 web client.
