Bug Description
In the registration list in event, the delete icon appears after refreshing the screen. If the you click on it, the item disappears from the list but is not deleted.
Scenario:
With the event module:
1/Go to Marketing/Event
2/Create/Edit an event
3/Add some registrations and save
4/The delete icon is not available
5/Refresh (F5)
6/The delete icon is now available
7/Try deleting some registrations
8/Refresh the screen again
9/The deleted registrations are still visible in the list.
Tested with Chrome and IE9.
