kanban stage title should be lighter and quick create should be work for empty list of kanban.

Bug Description
Hello,
empty list kanban should be lighter than front quick create message. e.g. Opportunities kanban > not a single opportunity there that time kanban stage's title should be lighter. and in the same scenario the "+" to quick create a record should be work.
Above both issue generate in trunk and saas2. In saas1 its working fine.
