[Trunk/7.0/6.1] Exception in default_get when opening wizard results in an empty pop-up dialogue

Steps to reproduce:
* Select any link which would open a pop-up dialogue where a new record is being created (eg a wizard)
* The default_get function for this object results in an exception being raised

When clicking on the link for the wizard a new pop-up dialogue is created with the title of the wizard but no elements shown.
When default_get returns normally the form elements are usually shown.
If an exception is raised then the form elements remain hidden leaving an empty dialogue which you just have to close manually after acknowledging the error message.

This bug is very minor and really only just cosmetic.

Yes, I have faced the same problem when raise Exception at the time of open a pop-up dialogue. and same problem for Trunk/7.0 also. It's seems not good. we should improve this things.

I noticed the branch which contained the fix was this was unlinked, attached is our fix as a patch.
