[7.0] Waiting wheel message is not taking your time settings into account.

Go on runbot db_all, perform a big import on customers with a csv file of 2K+ lines.

If you perform that let's say at 7PM and wait 5 minutes, you'll get this message from the waiting wheel:
"Take a minute to get a coffee, because it's loading..."

Seriously? A Coffee at 7PM ? OpenERP users wouldn't be able to sleep anymore

Please fix that, we should consider that an appropriate drink should be proposed regarding the day time.

Solution:
use a new function or other solution with for example
from 0 to 6 AM : Hot Chocolate and Orange Juice
from 6AM to 3 PM : Coffee & Tea
from 3PM to 23:59 PM : Water or Whisky (although I'm not completely sure about that one, it should be better to consider not drinking Whisky before 7PM)

Don't do it. It would only expose more problems with timezones in OpenERP!

It's a nice catch .. .. lol :D
But this is not a bug but rather than it's your suggestion to Improve this message base on the day time. so we can consider this is as your suggestion, and set this Issue as a "Wishlist".
